No Computers have been updated since 09/08/2012 (nearly a month)

We are using Sophon Enterprise Console and none of our computers have ben updated for nearly a month now.

Also when i look at Update manager i get the error "Software delivery failed"

If i try to protect any computer/computers i get a message that says "You cannot protect Computers.The update manager has not finished downloading the software you need in order to protect them.Please try again later.

Any help with fixing this issue would be VERY welcome.

    Hello Robbo1978,

    quite some time you've waited :smileywink:

    If you open View Update Manager Details (from the Update managers view) there will be an error code associated (starting with 8004) - this might give some hint what fails. A little bit more information is available form the logviewer.

    How many subscriptions and CIDs do you have? Instead of attempting to hunt down the reason you could just try rebuild the CID for the failing subscription. Delete the CID's contents as well as Warehouse and Working (please see here where to find them). I've encountered a similar problem recently and that did it.

    If the problem persists we'd have to dig deeper.
