Enterprise Console server to server migration

Good afternoon,

I have a migration to carry out from Server 2003 x86 to Server 2008R2. Can I simply follow the server to server migration guide or are there any got gotchas I need to be aware of?

Hi Christian,
Thanks for the reply. I'll be migrating v5.1 and once the migration is completed, including moving endpoints across, I'll be upgrading to the latest version.
