Exception caught in CManager::FindComponentEx

Hi,

Since 8 days we experience internet problems related to the Sophos software. On several Citrix servers, people start to complain that they can not browse any website (internal and external) anymore. The moment users report this issue, the following message exist in the Citrix server where they are logged on:

EventID: 8
Source: Sophos Anti-Virus
Details: Exception caught in CManager::FindComponentEx.

Sometimes over hundred log entries. When we tried to restart the Sophos service, it was stuck on "Stopping...". This happened on three of the 25 servers now, and fixing this issue is very important to us.
