End user computers connecting Sophos website constantly

HI,

we use sophos for AV. Some of the computers constantly communicating Sophos website.  we do not have web protection enabled and web control is not enabled. all computers are communicating to sophos but some are at very high rate.

can some one help me with this.

    but when i check the workstation physically some are not connected

    I'm not sure what you mean by this. Are these some of the computers are still looking for the old AV server in the new console and if, do they comply with the updating policy? How did you direct the computers to the new server?
