How do I ignore a file?

There's a file that Sophos has quarantined which I'd prefer to keep. How do I stop the constant alerts about the same file? It's in my dropbox, not sure if that matters.

    Hello MrPheterson,

    the Available actions (listed in the column of the same name) depend on what has been detected (column Name) and where (column Details, possible under [more...]) ans on the rights you have (are you an administrator?). Which Sophos (and OS) version are you talking about?
