Enterprise 4 and Protect Computers Greyed Out

I've recently installed Enterprise Console 4 and added all the computers in our primary domain and AV 9 has installed with no problem but computers in a secondary domain in our school, although discoverable, have the 'protect computers' greyed out.

These were previously working in Console 3.

    Thanks, it was obvious when I saw your reply.

    I'm still having problems in that they are still not manageable.

    I've manually installed Sophos to the workstation and it installs and upgrades fine yet still shows  as a greyed out system and shows no details even though the Sohos is running and updating fine.
