Sophos error re folder doesn't exist

Hi there

I keep being notified on the Enterprise Console regarding errors on workstations - these errors tell me about folders users have tried to access that don't exist.

I have the option then to acknowledge the error - is this all I have to do?

    These folders don't seem to exist.  I have an error today that says 'The on access driver failed to read from file' and then there is a path to a Tux Paint file

    I think I may just have to acknowledge these errors as they don't seem to be causing any other problems.
