Sophos Antivirus Client Not Detect on S.e.c

Dear all,

l have trouble, l success installed Sophos antivirus on Client Computer, But Sophos Antivirus not detect on SOPHOS Enterprise Console,,,

please. give me advice..

    you used Protect computers from SEC or did you install manually connecting to the share and running setup.exe?

    The Remote Management System (RMS) uses TCP ports 8192 and 8194 for communication so please make sure the firewall allows connections from the client to the server ports 8192 and 8194 (and ideally from the server to the clients 8194). Using telnet you can check connectivity - the response to telnet server 8192 should be the IOR string, to the 8194 ports you should be able to connect but connection times out or terminates if you press a key.. If the basic checks work you'd have to look at the router logs.

    l install sophos antivirus client by manual \\server \setup.exe. but now  the sophos antivirus not detect on SEC server.

    as said, please check the ports used by RMS. Additionally you can run the Sophos Network Communications Report (from the Sophos\Sophos Enterprise Security and Control programs menu).
