Sophos is not installed or re-install in some of the computer

Dear friends,

We have managed 200 computer in my company .our computer is installed on windows 2007.I try to install or re-install the sophos in some of the computer.I am not unable to do the same.Here i have attached snaps for version of sophos.

Please any one give the solution to this problem.....

    from your previous post I understand you are running 10.0. It's better to name the product version and not the version of one of the components (in this case the main setup.exe) - guess no one can recite them :smileywink:.

    But more important are the specifics of this [being] unable [to install]. How you do it (running setup.exe from the CID on the client, or Protect Computers from the console) and which errors you get. It's impossible to generally suggest a solution and all but impractical to give some troubleshooting advice without this information. Last but not least, as the issue is presumably on the clients their OS version would be of interest (I'm not sure if this is what's meant by our computer is installed on Windows 2007 and if, whether this should signify Vista).
