Dear Friends,
Sophos endpoint sometimes appear and disappears to the sophos enterprise console.we have managed 200
pc,some of the PC is frequently observed this problem.
I have applied following solution to this problem
1.Clear logs both sophos client and server
2.Restarting services sophos.
3.Remove the endpoint from Sophos Enterprise console and then synchronise with active Directory.
Additional Information:
Sophos endpoint Version 10.0
Sophos enterprise console Version 5.2.0.644
Still that problem is exists.Please any one give solution to this problem...................
