Sophos Endpoint sometime appear and disappear to the sophos enterprise console

Dear Friends,

    Sophos endpoint sometimes appear and disappears to the sophos enterprise console.we have managed 200

pc,some of the PC is frequently observed this problem.

I have applied following solution to this problem

1.Clear logs both  sophos client and server

2.Restarting services sophos.

3.Remove the endpoint from Sophos Enterprise console and then synchronise with active Directory.

Additional Information:

Sophos endpoint Version 10.0

Sophos enterprise console Version 5.2.0.644

Still that problem is exists.Please any one give solution to this problem...................

    Hello Yusufdeen,

    I haven't heard of clients disappearing - except for the Sophos Duplicate IDs issue, but then the symptom is that a client seem to change its name (though this might give the impression that clients dis- and re-appear). This should only happen if the clients are cloned from an image where Sophos is already installed and the correct steps are not taken.
