New Quarantine Item "gpatch.exe" from one product of Netease

Sophos on my laotop has been upgraded from 7.6.21 to a new version 9.7, I have got a warning msg from sophos, and this item "gpatch.exe" has been quarantined, which is a file from a online game published by Netease Ltd...  must be safe becuase it was there since very begaining. Now I am not able to play that game anymore :(   Believe not lot of ppl familier with this, but still want to try my luck.

    Hello fmgusun,

    it depends on the type of detection and also if your Sophos installation is centrally managed (by your employer, university, ...) or not. So what is the Name of the threat in the Quarantine manager and which actions are listed in the Available actions column?
