Up to date field identically wrong on large number of clients in console

Running Console 4.5 and clients 9.7.  If I look in the console, I see that a large percentage of my clients are reporting an Up to Date status of "Not Since 12/1/2011 6:13:34 PM."

That same date/time shows on all of them.  however, if I open the computer details on any one of them they show successfully updated as late as this morning.

Any thoughts?

    in the computer details take a look at Time installed package became available and Time next package became available. Also look at the number of IDEs (at the very bottom). The Anti-virus details tab lists SAV and detection data version and the number of IDEs. This should more or less confirm that the "not since" is correct. You should compare these data to those the client's GUI displays.

    The clients might be updating from a "stale" location. The date suggests that the clients haven't actually updated for the last two months.

  • Thanks Christian.  Oddly, that's the same update location we've always used.  I updated the subscription to v10, and it kicked off a refresh that fixed the problem.
