Hello Terry,
the Recommended subscription has a reference to article 119216 (Software subscriptions in Enterprise Console with licenses issued in June 2013 or later) which in turn links to a number of related articles. As for 10.2 - it's history and long since gone (i.e. superseded by 10.3 which is currently at 10.3.11). Why are you looking specifically for 10.2?
Christian
Hello Terry,
the versions behind the "unnumbered" ones are 10.3.11 (Recommended and Preview) and 10.3.7 (all others). Probably you've, at some point in the past, explicitly selected a 10.0 version. SEC does not yet automatically (forcibly) upgrade 10.0 to 10.3 as its lifetime has been extended to still provide support for Windows 2000 and Itanium until the end of this year (please see also Retirement calendar ...).

Hello Terry,
I can ignore first right?
I'd not wait until the last moment to upgrade - 10.0 is already in its IDE updates only phase and the protection offered by it shouldn't be considered optimal. Unless you have a very good reason to stay at 10.0 I'd suggest that you switch to the Recommended subscription.

Hi Christian,
I want now to change to last version, but my SEC recommended subscription can't see recommended 10.3, just have my first email attached screen, Please advise I need how to do can at update recommended show last version ?
Thanks & Regards
Terry
Hello Terry,
please see the articles I've linked in my first reply, in particular Software subscriptions in Enterprise Console with licenses issued in June 2013 or later. The version numbers are no longer part of the subscription tags for the Windows versions, thus Recommended is the current version. For the Windows versions you can see the details in the Update Managers view, select one of the Software Subscriptions, View/Edit Subscription, select a Version (e.g. Recommended) in the drop-down and click Details... (bottom right).
