Domain controller Install SEC 10.0 failed

Hi All,

please help heck, when try use AD deploy SEC to Domain controller failed, then try login shard folder \sophosupdate\CIDs\s000\savscfxp run setup, also fail, show error 3051. an error occurred while trying to create the user account 'sophossauhkinfradc20', need how to fix.

HI,
If you've run out of accounts that can be automaticxally created due to name clashes I would suggest following:
http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/48910.aspx.
Essentially you choose up front the account for AutoUpdate to use and then install.

Hi Jak,
On registry keys cannot find service path, just arrive autpupdate, if need manual service?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Service

You have to create the keys manually prior to installation.
