exclusion not works

Hello. my name is Gregor and i`m from Germany.

my english ist not so good, sorry 

We have the Sophos Enterprise Console and i have rollout the Endpoint Protection.

i have take this Folder exclusion:

c:\temp\

my problem is, when i copy eicar.com File to the Folder,  Sophos delete this File.

is this normaly? 

is this Folder exclusion right:

c:\%windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Datastore\

or Sophos not take Variable?

    the easy one first: c:\%windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Datastore\ - no variables in exclusions, this has been discussed several times on this board (BTW{übrigens}: the percent sign is a valid filename character).

    when i copy eicar.com

    How did you (attempt to) copy it - could you paste the relevant lines from the AV log (SAV.txt) here?
