Endpoint10 hangs windows 2000

Hi,

We have recently upgraded Sophos Endpoint to version 10. After few hours, Windows 2000 servers are being hanged/unresponsive.  They are responding only after a hard reboot....

We did not see any issues after uninstalling Sophos. Is this a bug in Endpoint 10?

    I am so glad I have found this thread!

    Every few days I've had to do a hard reboot of my win2k server whilst scratching my head as to why it's been doing it! These are exactly the same symptoms, and since installing Sophos 10.0 so I am going to give the fix a go.

    As I seem to have stumbled upon other win2k server users I am wondering if everyone else's Windows Automatic Updates have stopped working with win2k server? I have two Win2k servers and neither of them get any updates now. I always get:

    The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

    when I try to update. I appreciate that win2k is end of life but it just stopped working all of a suddent this year and I cannot find any offiial documentation that says it stopped on a specific date.
