Enterprise console reporting errors

Our enterprise console is reporting 21 computers with errors,

- nothing appears in "resolve alers and errors"

- have tried to purge errors with purgedb

How do i resolve them?

    some errors can't be cleared this way, among them "Restart needed ..." after an install/upgrade or download errors. Please use the detail views to find out more about the errors/alerts.
