After Shh-Updater Some PC's wont update

I have roughly 25 PC's that will not update. I am assuming they arnt receiving that javab-jd.ide file because they are still getting the alerts. I went back and added the windows exclusions to my on-access scan and the exclusion of the remote files. How can i force these PC's to update? Is there something i can push out to these Pc's without having to get on each one individually??

Hello apeeler,
if they have received and applied the policy they should be able to update. Do/did they show the alerts and was Deny only set? From the console you can request Update now .

They all have the same policy set in place. Why did 25 out of 1000 PC's not update like the rest? I even forced an update now...doesnt work.

Have you compared processes with other PCs that are working correctly?
You can use pslist (from sysinternals) to list all of the running processes on a pc remotely... pslist \\pcname -st
Will give you a stream of current running processes on the remote PC...
