After Shh-Updater, cleared from QM but still on Endpoint

All the PC's that i have awknowledged in the SEC are cleared. However, on the individual Endpoint or "PC" they still have the Quarenteened files.

Basically my SEC tells me i have aknowledged 700 threats. When i open up Sophos from any of theEndpoint itself, the items are still in Quarenteen.

I CANT GET SOPHOS TO ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS :(
