Trouble with Sophos Web Intelligence Service is not present

Hello all
I have a problem that has lasted almost two months and am looking for quick solutions and efficaces.My problem is :

 I send many SDU and I dont have a solution.

I had version 2 console Sophos Control Center and I put upgrade  to version 4. The brand is very well produced. My computers were updated, I do a restart. Everything is perfect. After a while I noticed that some items fell into red X. Sophos Antivirus stopped the service after an update and will not restart itself. That computers that have problem are, the service Sophos Web Intelligence does not exist! I reinstalled without success .. How can I do to make a full installation and force the service has installed?
