Windows update & Sophos Firewall

Hi

We're having a bit of fun here getting Windows update to work through the firewall.  

Does anyone have a working config to allow it to work?  I found the KB article from 2006, but this seems to be for unmanaged clients and the urls look as though they may be out of date.
