Manage MAC(s) via Sophos Enterprise Console

I have an existing sophos server running an older version, vice update that server we have created a new server running Enterprise Console 5.1.0. I have had no issue brining Windows machines into the protection of the new server but am unable to get our MACs to recognize the new server. They will not update through it also. Does anyone have an idea to assist?

    in order to be able to manage the Macs from your new server you have to manually reinstall Sophos on the clients (you can't "move them around" like Windows ones). You should be able to change the updating policy (from the old server) to point to the new location though and updating should work. If it doesn't you should check the logs on the clients. But as you have to reinstall anyway I'd just attempt an install from the new CID. If it works for one it should work for the others too. If not, there's probably some other issue.
