3rd Party Removal vs. SEP 12.1

Been deploying a small pilot subset of SEC 9.7 to Windows XP notebooks in a test environment both via custom package and from the Enterprise console.  In both cases it is failing to remove SEP.  In some cases SEP 12 is mangle into a non-functional status and other times it is left untouched.

A check of the Sophos ES setup log reveals a code 10 returned from the tool - No 3rd Party Security Software Found.
