outlook 2003 freeze when attaching file

Goodday,

We have problems with outlook 2003 freezing during attaching of a file to an email.

the problems occure after installing sophos endpoint sec. and control v. 9.5

after deinstallation  of sophos the problem does not exist anymore.

Our system:

- sophos enterprise console 4.5.1 on a server 2008 R2.

- outlook 2003 (11.8169.8172) SP3

- xenapp 5.0 for 2008 server on a 2008 std x64 server.

- sophos endoint sec. and control V.9.5

i post this message because i can not find specific information on the internet.
