Upgrade Ent. Console DB 4.5 -> 5.0

Sophos enterprise console lives on a server 2008 box, database lives within SQL server 2008 r2 on a server 2008 box. I upgraded the enterprise console without any problems. Now I'm trying to get the database upgraded and can't figure out how. I ran the InstallDB.bat from the installer directory from both the sophos server and from the database server but both fail. Running from the DB server creates the database but it fails on adding the Sophos DB Admins role, and then running the upgradedb command fails with "DBI exception thrown Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.fromXto4'"

Hello sbrissen,
didn't the Upgrade Advisor mention the remote database (and how to upgrade in this scenario - see Jak's post)?
Did you run the installer(which does more than just calling InstallDB.bat) on the database server?

Hi Christian,
When I initially ran the installer on the database server it didn't find the sql instance. I have since rebooted it and now it shows and was able to install and upgradedb successfully. It looks like I am ok.
