Is there a way to export JUST the Device Control data from a SOPHOS45 DB and then import them into a SOPHOS50 DB ?
What we have done is built an entirely fresh Sophos ENC5 environment that is using EP10.
Our old environment is running ENC45 and EP9.5
We have extensive amounts of Device Control exceptions.
Instead of directly upgrading our old environment, we opted to build a new one and move clients in groups at a time to the new environment. Rather than have to burden users with having to contact our technical support team to get flash drives allowed again, can we export the DC data from the old database and dump it into the new one to avoid having to put up with thousands of users calling in about their storage devices ? :D
