Device Control Query

We have set device control to not allow anything that is not on the whitelist. We have customers plugging in Ipod's and Iphones and they are being allowed without any data appearing in the Latest Device Events list and access to these devices needs to be blocked.

Any thoughts?

Hello MikeDNPT,
Device Control supports only certain (classes of) devices (please see the Overview). Simply put the device must present itself as removable disk. There are other devices not supported like Cameras or some secure removable devices. You can submit a Device Control request using the Support query form (though this doesn't guarantee it will be included in the near future).
