The system requeriments for both are the same? Or do I need hardware or OS changes?

Additionaly: Some system requeriments changes for maintenance releases?

The release notes for SEC 4.7 - http://downloads.sophos.com/readmes/sec_47_rneng.html#unique_3 as linked from the legacy downloads page: https://secure.sophos.com/support/updates/maintenance.html has some details.

The client software release notes:
