Updated to SEC 5, Application Control policies gone

After upgrading to SEC 5, I found the Application Control policies to be blank. All other policies survived the upgrade, but not App Control. When you go into any policy, including default and choose an app type, the Authorized and Blocked panes are empty except for "All added by Sophos..."

Any idea what happened here?
