Sophos Endpoint on AD / Domain Controller

I plan to install sophos endpoint on AD / Domain Controller of my domain. I have Sophos Enteroprise Console installed on one of the servers in domain. Would the sophos client effect any of the AD services or functionality of the domain controller ?

I have had no issues running sophos on our domain controllers for the past 3 years. Microsoft does have some recommended exclusions. I have excluded some of these, but not all.
