registry files in Windows 7

We run a program called Deep Freeze that prevents users from changing the image on the computer. This in turn presents a problwm with having Sophos installed and updating. We use symbolic links to point the sophos folders to a thaw space that is allowed to be edited. This works great for regular updates to the machine. But when a new sophos software version comes out that needs to update those files plus location in the registry this fails. We need to know where in the registry Windows 7 stores al lthe Sophos information so that we can do a registry redirection. I looked in the obvious HKLM/Software but nothing there.
