SEC9.7 won't deploy to 2008R2 Ent with error 80070003

I have two new 2008R2 servers requiring AV, but one of them is balking at deployment with the following error:

Code: 80070003 Could not start installation program on the computer: The system cannot find the path specified.

Both servers were initially set up identical, and the first one installed just fine without messing with the firewall, Remote Registry or whatever. The major difference between the two is that I upgraded the second one to Enterprise so I could run Hyper-V on it. So it wasn't a clean install, but otherwise all works well. Anybody have a guess? I have disabled the firewall, so I know it's not that.

Is there a difference with the c$ share access? How about the UAC - is it turned off?
Have you tried a manual install?
It will probably be quicker to do the install from the shared folder than trying to troubleshoot .
