Ent. COnsole not seeing the Endpoint

I installed the sophos Enterprise COnsole on a 2012 server

i manually installed the Sophos Endpoint security and control on a win 7 machine

both machines have firewall off.

how can i make the Console to SEE the endpoind???

i tried to use protect ocmputer but it didn;t wor so i manually installed the endpoint on Win7 machine.

still, in COnsole is greyed.

    Hi,

    What's in the client's router log, as found under:

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Remote Management System\3\router\logs

    If you restart the Sophos Message Router service on the client it will create a new log.

    Is the parent address the client is using to resolve the server correct?

    The "ParentAddress" is under:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sophos\Messaging System\Router

    Feel free to post the log if needed.
