update manager

Whitby

Update manager has not updated since  23 April. I try manual but nothing happens. I check the update manager details only get OS,  Domain, IP address, Time of last Binary update  and time of last protection update. nothing else at all.

 In configure manger view confirming the source details end in failure at a time out. All the settings and passwords are correct. I am now at a poitnt of not knowing what to do next.

Any Ideas ?

    Hello Whitby,

    first of all, could you please give us the SEC and SUM versions and the date or text in the Download status column?

    I assume Sophos is the source. Please see here how to check whether there is a general problem accessing the update locations (see also this thread).
