A020000C - UNknown error 2% decompossing 1%

Hi Everyone

I am new here. We have been using Sophos for a few months now, and recently its started to throw up the error above. As recommended I have clicked on the url  to determine what the error is.

However, it doesn't say much  at all, in fact it gives me little or no information as to what the problem is and what the cure is.

Can anyone tell me what the above error means, and what I need to do to rectify this error.

All your help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello QMSITGIRL,

    if you get this message without the variables (%1, %2) filled in there's likely some infrastructure error. Otherwise it should name (in place of %1) a file which it couldn't successfully parse. In either case please contact Support, in the latter also submit the "offending" file(s).
