Disabled on access scanning, tried updates and "protect computers" but still getting this error on numerous clients. Anyone managed to fix this particular error?

Thank you for your post, the best thing we can recommend is to run the Endpoint script to restore missing files, I would think this is un-related to the issues currently being experienced.
