Awaiting Configuration and Downloading Binaries Issue

Hi,

I am facing the following problem. The SUM keeps showing "Awaiting Configuration" and when on updation, it first shows "downloading binaries" and then says "Last checked at: Never". There are no errors or alerts at all. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have SEC 4.7 installed on Server 2003 R2 SP2.
After restarting the services mentioned, the problem still persists.
