Awaiting Configuration and Downloading Binaries Issue

Hi,

I am facing the following problem. The SUM keeps showing "Awaiting Configuration" and when on updation, it first shows "downloading binaries" and then says "Last checked at: Never". There are no errors or alerts at all. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

Hi Wajhi,
Some more information would be useful please, like what OS and version of Sophos are you using?
You could try the instructions on this article, it fixes a range of SUM issues;

Also try restarting the services "SQL Server (Sophos)", "Sophos Update Manager" and "Sophos Managment Service".
