On Access scanning Disabled Version 10.3

I've just fired up my system to find SAV disabled : Anti-Virus & HIPS service failure.

I have no access/selection to any of the options in the above.

I can update manually as well as configure it.

I've re-started the system twice to no avail.

Any suggestions please

    Hello ArtKeetra,

    the unavailable options are the result of the service failure. It'd be necessary to find out why it fails - there should be an error recorded in the Event log. Though often you then just get to the point where you try to "fix" it with uninstall/reinstall.
