Strange Error on SCC Update.

I checked up on our server this morning and opened up Sophos Control Center (sic). I noticed that all the update status on all machines were listed as 'unknown' and updating the clients via the right click button did nothing to resolve this.

I tried to update my client machine, and it stated there were no packages available to update, which is what I expected.

When I tried to go into Actions -> Update it came fired an error at me and the SCC crashed. It informed me to send the error report to Sophos, but on the Sophos 'support' site there are links to everything except a way to speak to a human being, so I am posting is here in an attempt to find out what happened. This error occurs each time I try to update through the 'Action' menu.

Any help is welcome.
