Sophos Enterprise Console shows wrong Update-Details

Hi everyone,

since Thuesday the half of my machines where shown as out-of-date in Enterprise Console. But when i look on the clients the number of IDE's is correct and the Clients are up to date.

Now the have 363 IDE's but Enterprise Console claims they have only 351 IDE's.

Using Windows 2008 Server with Enterprise Console 5. The clients run Anti-Virus Version 10.0.8 VDL4.81G.

Checked all logs on the clients and the server, but everything looks fine.

Any suggestions what this issue means?

    Okay this are the answers:

    1. Only one SUM wich delivers the update to 5 locations where the clients could get them.

    2. ---

    3. Just one CID

    4. One subscription

    5. Clients update frequency is 10 minutes

    6. The clients show "not since 19.10.2012"

    I've also tried an Update from Enterprise Console 5.0 to 5.1...no changes.
