Restart Dialog on Clients

Hy everyone,

i have read, that a dialog box wich reminds the end-user of a restart after an update is generally disbaled in the imon.cfg. Is there any possibility to turn this option on for all clients? Where can i change this option, so it takes effect at all clients?

I hope the answer isn't "at the client", because this means over 1000 pcs.
