Failure During NAC 3.7 Upgrade Install

When trying to perform the install I get the following errors:

Data load failed. Error -- No: -2147467259, Desc: , Src: , LE: 0

and then

Ending the installation. Unable to complete installation of Sophos NAC Application Server (1603).

The database seems to install but not the NAC application since if I try to run the installer again it tells me that only the Application needs to be installed.

    Just for anyone who has this problem in the future, the reason we were getting errors during install is because UAC was set to Default on our Windows Server 2008 R2 server. After speaking to tech support we determined that it was a permissions problem and after turning UAC off, the install was successful.

    I was having 1603 error problems and ran across this post  I went ahead and turned off UAC and tried reinstalling NAC 3.7.  The database piece seemed to install ok and it wrote to the SQL Express (2008 R2) instance I had created (which it wasn't before).  The application piece got all the way to the end of its installation and gave the 1603 error, although it does show as “installed” in Windows Programs & Features applet.

    If I browse to the “SophosNAC” virtual directory under the Default Web Site in IIS, I get a "Server Error in /SophosNAC application" message.  So  it doesn’’’’t seem as if it’’’’s working, and I'm not sure if it’’’’s fully installed or not.

    I'm running Windows Server 2008 R2, SQL Express 2008 R2, & the 64bit version of NAC 3.7.

    Any thoughts?
