Hi,
This is my first ever post so bare with me.
When i try and load the application sophos sometimes blocks this by, originally bringing up a box saying " If you want to allow access to this application, then you must add this checksum to the list of checksums that the firewall recognises." It gives these 3 options:
1. Add the checksum to the existing checksums for this application.
2. Replace any existing checksum for this application
3. Block this application until it is restarted.
i try selecting the first two but then it instantly reappears. Only whne option 3 is selcted does it go away, but then that means the application is blocked so therefore i can not use it.
I am using a laptop with Windows Vista, and it is only about 12 months old.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as i need to access important stuff.
