Unusual Error Message AXWIN Frame

When I start Sophos I get a windows error box which pops up. The error box title is : AXWIN Frame Window:

and the error within the box says : SbeConsole.exe Ordinal not found. The Ordinal459 could not be located in dynamic link library urlmon.dll

I am using windows XP and IE 8

any suggestions please.
