Endpoint Stuck in Unassigned, Will Not Move Into Correct OU

I have an endpoint that is stuck in the Unassigned folder and will not move into the correct OU on Sophos Enterprise Console.

It is in the correct OU in AD, however it still remains in the Unassigned folder even after forcing a replication sync.

Any suggestions on how I can force it to move into a sync OU folder?
