Auto Update Schedule setting will not propogate to network computers

We have Sophos Security Enpoint Control, Ver 9.5,  installed on our server with Windows Small Businees Server 2011.  Under the Auto Update schedule the setting for each of the network computers was set to 5 minutes.  The settings are "greyed" out and can not be changed.  I went to the server under the Sophos Control Center and changed this setting to 60 minutes.  On the Control Center the setting changed.  On the Sophos Endpoint Security and Control for the server itself (when I right click the shield icon) it shows the  update at 60 minutes and is indeed checking for updates every 60 minutes.  However, when I go to any of the network computers this same setting is "greyed" out and still reads 5 minutes.  On the auto update schedule for the network computers it does say that it is getting the udates from our serever and not directly from Sophos. The 60 minute setting does not appear to be propogating to the network computers.  How do I get this to work as it checks every 5 minutes on the network computers and slows them down?

If the computers arent complying with the settings, ensure that the policy edited is assigned to the correct group.
Ensure the machines say "same as policy" in the EC.

On the machines, check to see if the Remote Management System component is installed.
If this component isnt installed or the services are not started, it will not receive the correct settings.

I would also recommend checking if the Sophos com ports are open (8192, 8193, 8194 TCP and UDP)
    Firewalls may be blocking this.

    Hope this helps.
