New Install 4.7 Management Service won't start

Ok, getting kinda stuck on this.

Clean install of server 2008 R2

Clean install of SQL Express 2008 R2

All updates applied

New install of Sophos 4.7

Management service will not start.

I connect to the database with management studio and there is no sophos47 database. So, clearly that's why the management service is not starting.

The accounts being used have proper authority, so I'm not seeing why the database portion of the install is failing to setup.

    Getting two errors in the event log:

    There is no database connection. Management Service will be shut down.

    Initialization failed.
    Step: Creating a database connectionError: std::runtime_errorData: Cannot open database "SOPHOS47" requested by the login. The login failed.
