I'm receiving the following log. Can anyone tell me what this indicates? MSWinEventLog,1,Application,1735,Tue Sep 06 18:20:13 2011,16,Sophos Anti-Virus,LOCAL SERVICE,Well Known Group,Information,DLC-MGR2,On-access,,On-access scanner has denied access to location "\\.\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy55\RECYCLER\xxxxx\abcd.com" for user MyDomain\myUser Specifically, "On-access scanner has denied access to location" Thanks.

    Hello Bubba,

    on-access scanning has detected a threat in the mention file. Usually there is a corresponding event with ID 32 which names the threat. The ID 16 is only sent to the event log when Scanning errors is ticked in the policy (Messaging-> tab Event log).
